Eligibility for Refunds

ClusterAlgo offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, subject to the following conditions:

• The refund request must be made within 30 days of purchase
• You must have attempted to use the indicator with our recommended settings
• You must have participated in at least one support session if technical issues arise
• The indicator access will be revoked upon refund approval

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be processed in the following cases:

• After the 30-day period has expired
• If the indicator has been used for more than 100 trades
• If you have violated our terms of service
• If you have shared or attempted to share the indicator access
• If you have requested a chargeback through your payment provider

Refund Process

To request a refund:

2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
3. Complete our feedback form to help us improve
4. Allow 3-5 business days for refund processing

Important Notes

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Cryptocurrency payments will be refunded at the current market rate
• Processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount
